Dubuque Police made an arrest for a weekend traffic incident with a number traffic violations in downtown Dubuque.
Police say 28-year old Tony Hull of Dubuque was taken into custody on Tuesday. 
Police say Hull was observed driving recklessly between 11 and midnight on Saturday night including running several stop signs and stop lights, speeding and nearly hitting another vehicle.
Police located Hull’s abandoned vehicle on West 15th Street and then later found him leaving a residence on West 17th, but he ran away and could not be located until his arrest this week.
