Dubuque Police say a second man has been charged in connection with a shots fired incident late last month in the downtown area.
Police say 26-year old Deontae Leatherwood was recently arrested and charged with participating in a riot.
Police say Leatherwood is accused of being part of a group of at least six people involved in a large disturbance on September 28th in the 14-hundred block of Central Avenue where a gunshot was fired.
So far one other man has been arrested, but police say the investigation continues.
