The green light has been given for construction to continue on the Dubuque Flood Gate Replacement and Pump Station Project at the 16th Street Detention Basin.
Yesterday the City announced the Iowa D.N.R. has finished an environmental analysis and approved the permit needed for continuation of the project which was halted on October 1st.
The $28 million dollar project is the next major phase of the Bee Branch Watershed Flood Mitigation Project.
