10/31-Oven Baked BBQ Pork Back Ribs (Baby Back)

Baked BBQ Pork Ribs 

4-6 lbs. pork ribs

1 tbsp. kosher salt

2 tbsp. Paprika

1 ½ tbsp. Onion powder

1 tbsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. ground black pepper

BBQ Sauce 

Remove the thin membrane from the back of ribs.  

In a medium bowl, combine the kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper.  Spread the dry rub generously onto both sides of the ribs.  Place, uncovered, in refrigerator 6-8 hours.  Remove from fridge 1 hour before baking.  Place the ribs on a baking sheet. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake them at 275-degrees for 2 ½-3 ½ hours.  Remove them from the oven and carefully unwrap.  Turn oven to High Broil.  Add BBQ sauce to the ribs and place under the broiler 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.  Slice, serve and enjoy!
