Class 2A and 3A athletes yesterday
- Class 3A Western Dubuque’s Quentin Nauman with a state cross country record 5K time of 14:48.3. Western Dubuque placed 12th. Wahlert’s Jayden Brookins finished 81st.
- Maquoketa’s Izzy Hardin placed 2nd in the 3A girls race. Wahlert finished 13th in the team race led by Lucy Murphy in14th place.
- Class 2A: Hallie Kelchen of Cascade finished 13th.
