The Dubuque Colts Youth Organization has announced a change in leadership is coming next year.
Longtime executive director Jeff MacFarlane has announce he will retire in August after serving for more than two decades with the Colts including 13 years as its chief executive.
The Colts Youth Organization programs include Dubuque Colts Drum & Bugle Corps, the youth affiliate Colt Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps, and the Colts Summer Band.
The Colts have begun the process of searching for the next executive director
