A Dubuque man accused of breaking into a home and attempting to sexually assault a teenage girl has had his trial date moved to next year.
41-year old Andrew Heiar who has pled not guilty and was originally going to stand trial this week is now scheduled to go to trial January 13th.
Heiar was arrested by Dubuque Police after the incident in early August and told them he was drunk and didn’t recall traveling to the teen’s home.
