Dubuque residents interested in transforming ideas into real projects in their neighborhood and community are invited to register for a series of free, monthly, virtual workshops on the 12 Steps to Town Making.
The sessions will address topics essential for small-scale developers to complete a successful project.
The first session will be held this coming Tuesday at noon. Additional sessions will follow at noon on the third Tuesday of each month for the next 12 months. The workshops are sponsored by the City of Dubuque and conducted by Neighborhood Evolution, a development consulting group.
