The well-advertised Thanksgiving weekend winter storm is showing no signs of letting up.
The National Weather Service has a Winter Storm Warning posted for all of Iowa, the southern half of Wisconsin and much of Illinois from late tonight through Sunday morning.
Right now forecaster says 10 to 14 inches of snow will fall in the Dubuque area.
Significant travel impacts are expected due to the several inches of snow, along with wind gusts up to 30 mph, which could result in drifting snow. They say the snow should begin here sometime after 9 o’clock tonight with the heaviest amounts coming Saturday afternoon into Saturday night.
