The City of Dubuque Parks and Recreation Department is inviting residents to review a draft of the Y(O)ur Story Dubuque Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan and provide input. A draft of an executive summary of the plan and the full plan are available for review online and input will be taken until January 5th.
Some of the top priorities listed by the more than 35-thousand who weighed mostly by social media included revamping the city’s two swimming pools to include an outdoor aquatic center, additional bike paths, and upgrades for Eagle Point Park.
The draft plan was shared with the Dubuque City Council at a special work session on Monday.
