GAVEL COURT

KCRG – A man has made a plea deal for a deadly hit and run. Court documents 26 year-old show Bailey Foht is pleading guilty to Homicide by Vehicle – Operating While Intoxicated and Driving While Barred. Other charges included homicide by vehicle-reckless driving, involuntary manslaughter and knowingly leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, according to court documents.
