A Dubuque teenager being tried as an adult on attempted murder charges has pled not guilty and a trial date has been set.
18-year old Ahamad Atkins Junior who was arrested October 24th following a shooting incident in the area of 17th and Jackson Streets is scheduled to go to trial on February 10th in Dubuque County District Court.
Atkins is accused of firing a handgun at 18-year old Kareem Sehwail following a fight in the alley. The bullet missed and struck the windshield of a parked vehicle.
