A rural Peosta man has been accused of intentionally crashing into a house with his vehicle last month. 49-year old Philip Brune was arrested by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department on Sunday.
Authorities say Brune is charged with first-degree criminal mischief for driving into the house in the 14-thousand block of Swiss Valley Road on the night of November 19th.
Investigators say Brune had been in an argument with someone living in the home prior to crashing into the structure.
Around 20-thousand dollars damage was done to the home.
