The Dubuque Police Department will be hosting another session of the Citizen’s Police Academy (CPA). This 10-week program offers community members the opportunity to attend presentations and classes taught by Dubuque Police officers, law enforcement professionals, and other members of the criminal justice system.
Topics covered include such things as Arrest Procedures, Use of Force, Drug Enforcement, and officer safety.
The sessions will take place Thursday evenings beginning January 29th running through April 2nd.
