A Dubuque woman was arrested after being accused of hitting a man crossing the street with her vehicle late Monday morning.
Dubuque Police say around 11:15 they were called to the intersection of White and 20th Streets where they found 60-year old Joseph Maus of Dubuque who had been hit by a vehicle while he was crossing in the crosswalk.
Maus was taken by ambulance to Unity Point-Finley Hospital for treatment of injuries he suffered. Police later found 25-year old Yarianna Bullock and charged her with leaving the scene of an accident with serious injuries.
