A Dubuque man who became a familiar name in area politics last year has announced his intention to run for a seat on the
Dubuque County Board of Supervisors. Jason Davis who lost in his bid for Dubuque Mayor in November is announcing his candidacy today.
Davis says he is focused on a small number of priorities including responsible, long-term capital planning, smarter county operations through strategic facility modernization, and accessible, community-first leadership.
Davis will hold a public campaign kickoff event on January 22nd starting at 6:30 at 7 Hills Events Center on Washington Street.
