A Dubuque woman was injured in a two vehicle accident which backed up traffic for a while at a very busy intersection in Dubuque. Dubuque Police say the crash happened Thursday afternoon around 3:30 at the intersection of Locust and Dodge Streets.
Authorities say a vehicle driven by 39-year old Ann Duha failed to yield at a flashing red signal and ran into the other vehicle driven by 56-year old Timothy Roling of East Dubuque.
Duha was taken to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for minor injuries.
The crash backed up east bound traffic for nearly an hour.
