A Chicago man has been found guilty on two counts of attempted murder.
Yesterday a Dubuque County jury returned a guilty verdict in the case of 25-year old Tavon Baylock following his trial last week.
Baylock was accused of being the shooter in a drive by shooting incident in June of 2022 in the area of West 23rd Street and Central Avenue.
Police say Baylock fired several shots at two men in another vehicle. Neither of the men was injured. Bullet holes were found throughout the vehicle and also in some neighborhood buildings.
Baylock will be sentenced at a later date.
