The trial date for Dubuque teenager being on attempted murder charges has been delayed.
18-year old Ahamad Atkins Junior who was arrested October 24th following a shooting incident in the area of 17th and Jackson Streets was scheduled to go on trial next week, but the trial date has been moved to March 17th in Dubuque County District Court.
Atkins is accused of firing a handgun at 18-year old Kareem Sehwail following a fight in the alley. The bullet missed and struck the windshield of a parked vehicle.
