Former University of Dubuque 2 time All-American wide receiver and 2011 Gagliardi Trophy recipient Michael Zweifel has been named the new head football coach at the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse.
Zweifel served as La Crosse’s defensive coordinator, special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach last season and been an assistant there the last four seasons.
Zweifel is the son of former U-D head coach Stan Zweifel whom he played for from 2009 thru 2011.
