Dubuque Police say two more men have been arrested and are accused of of being part of a bank fraud scheme where several people made fraudulent external transfers into bank accounts, and then withdrew money before the transfers were returned for insufficient funds.
Police say the latest to be arrested are 38-year old Anthony Adams and 38-year old James Bell. Adams and Bell are among seven arrested so far in the case.
Investigators say over $50-thousand dollars was found to be stolen by all the individuals involved in the scam.
