Dubuque Police arrested a Texas man who is accused being part of an attempted ATM Jackpotting at a bank in Dubuque in September.
Police say 28-year old 
was identified as a passenger in one of two vehicles which were at the Fidelity Bank and Trust location on Cedar Cross Road and were attempting to get the ATM machine to dispense cash by installing malware into the system.
Authorities say no money was stolen from the ATM in Dubuque.
