The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office say both a Peosta man and his wife have died from injuries they sustained in a one vehicle crash earlier this month at the off ramp of Highway 20 at Sundown Road. The crash was reported on March 1st shortly before 8 that morning.
The Sheriff says the vehicle driven by 85-year old Marvin Jarding went into the ditch and the vehicle struck several large pieces of concrete at the bottom of the embankment. 81-year old Mary Jarding was taken to University Hospital in Iowa City where she died later that day, Marvin Jarding was taken to Mercy Hospital in Dubuque where he died of his injuries on Saturday.
