A second Democratic candidate has added his name to the Dubuque County Supervisors primary election race.
Yesterday former CEO of Greater Dubuque Development Rick Dickenson filed his paperwork to be on the June ballot.
On Wednesday local business owner Kristin Dietzel was the first Democrat to declare candidacy.
Three Republicans are on the ballot with incumbent Wayne Kennicker, former supervisor Daryl Klein, and nonprofit executive Jason Davis.
