A Dubuque man has been arrested on charges he had indecent contact with a child.
Dubuque Police say 25-year old Juan De Mateo-Pedro was booked in the Dubuque County Jail on the charges earlier this week.
Authorities say De Mateo-Pedro is accused of inappropriately touching a girl under the age of 13 last year.
