A Dubuque man who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her home last summer has pled not guilty to the charges and has been given a trial date.
43-year old Justin Nank entered the plea at his arraignment hearing on Monday and has been given a trial date of May 26th
Police say the woman told them in August, Nank was visiting her home on Clarke Drive and during the night came in her room uninvited and sexually assaulted her. Following a nearly six month investigation is was arrested on charges of sexual assault and burglary.
