Cheesy Ham, Egg & Hash Brown Bake 

1 30oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

2 cups diced ham

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

½ tsp. pepper

½ tsp. salt

10 Large eggs

1 cup Whole milk

4 tbsp. butter, melted

½ cup sour cream 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees-F.  Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 1 tsp. butter.  Spread hash browns and ham evenly in the dish and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.  

Whisk eggs in a bowl with milk, melted butter, and sour cream until smooth.  Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.  Mix well. 

Pour egg mixture over the hash browns and cheese so everything is evenly coated.  Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.  

Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden. 

Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
