A Dubuque man charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of a teenager has entered a written plea of NOT
GUILTY to the charges.
18-year old Latrell Powell-Moore entered the plea Friday in Dubuque County District Court. A trial date will now be set at a later date.
Powell-Moore is accused in the shooting death of 16-year old JaKory McMillian on the night of March 9th in an alley between West Locust and Almond Streets.
Powell-Moore was arrested three days later in Marion and is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on $2 million dollars bond.
