A Mineral Point man was seriously injured in a one vehicle accident near Darlington.
The Layfayette County Sheriff says the crash happened Sunday evening around 6:40 on Furnace Hill Road. Authorities say the vehicle driven by 42-year old Joshua Johnson missed the curve, hit an embankment and overturned in a creek. Johnson was taken to the hospital with what were described as significant injuries.
He was cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Possession of THC.
