Dubuque Police have arrested a Dubuque man who escaped from them during a high speed chase last month.
Police say 31-year old Dylan Bargman was arrested on Tuesday after an investigation that included the use of traffic cameras to identify the vehicle he was accused of driving during the chase on March 25th.
Police say Bargman drove off at high speed after they attempted a traffic stop in the area of 15th and Cedar Streets. Officers ended the pursuit for safety reasons. Investigators say video footage showed Bargman drove through seven stop signs in the downtown area while eluding officers.
