A Dubuque man charged with first degree murder now has a trial date.
18-year old Latrell Powell-Moore is scheduled to go to trial on June 9th in Dubuque County District Court after pleading not guilty to the charges.
Powell-Moore is accused in the shooting death of 16-year old JaKory McMillian on the night of March 9th in an alley between West Locust and Almond Streets.
Powell-Moore was arrested three days later in Marion and is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on $2 million dollars bond.
