A Dubuque man charged with stealing thousands of dollars in comic books from an Iowa City store has pled not guilty to the charge.
32-year old Dakota Goarcke faces second degree theft charges after being accused of taking the seven comic books valued at around $21-hundred dollars in March of last year from Bartertown Toys and Collectibles.
Police say they used a security camera photo to help identify Goarcke.
