Coverage partner KCRG reports a dangerous Grant County intersection is now an all-way stop in a plan to improve safety in the area.
The intersection is at U.S. Highway 61 and County Road B/Abing Road north of Potosi which saw two fatal crashes in 2024.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is working to turn the intersection into a single-lane roundabout with construction starting in 2031. Until then the all-way stop includes flashing lights in both directions on Highway 61.
