Healthy Kids Iowa Summer Food Program (thru August)

Donations of time, talent, money, and food are all welcomed at the Dubuque Food Pantry. Register for Port of Dubuque’s Lighted Boat Parade (thru July 28)
The Port of Dubuque Marina is seeking participants for their Lighted Boat Parade scheduled for Saturday, August 9, from 5p–11p. This year’s parade theme, “Retro Rewind,” invites participants to decorate their boats in styles inspired by their favorite decade, like the groovy ‘70s, the bold neon ‘90s, or any other era. DAHL Annual Golf Outing Registration (Aug 10)
Dubuque Area Labor Harvest will hold their annual Golf Outing on Sunday August 10 at Birchwood Golf Course. The 9 hole 4-person best shot begins at 2p. All proceeds will help the DALH to feed the low-income families in our community.

Dubuque Age in Place Grant Program
Older Dubuque residents interested in staying in their homes have the opportunity to apply for grant funding to help them “age in place.” The program is intended to help these residents avoid having to transition to a nursing home or other assisted care facility. Those interested in the program are encouraged to submit an interest form to begin the application process.
