Registration for Dubuque Leisure Services programs, including swim lessons, summer classes and camps is now open. RecTrac is their online registration system. If you don’t already have a RecTrac account, you’re encouraged to create your account in advance at cityofdubuque.org. This will save you time when you go to register. Dubuque Salvation Army Food Drive (thru April)
The Dubuque Salvation Army is holding a Food Drive thru Tuesday, April 30 at the Kennedy Mall. Bring your canned goods and non – perishable foods items to customer service located near center court. It’s also a chance to win their “Fun at Kennedy Mall” basket. Find details at kennedymall.com

Dubuque Age in Place Grant Program
Older Dubuque residents interested in staying in their homes have the opportunity to apply for grant funding to help them “age in place.” The program is intended to help these residents avoid having to transition to a nursing home or other assisted care facility. Those interested in the program are encouraged to submit an interest form to begin the application process. St. Mark Heroes Camp Registration
St. Mark Youth Enrichment has opened summer registration for this year’s camp to all area kids entering grades K-5. Campus locations are in Dubuque & Dyersville. Spots are limited. The program will be offered in the mornings of June 17 to July 26 with no programming during the week of July 4. The cost is $500, with limited scholarships available for families in need. Hazel Green, Wisconsin’s Calendar Raffle Ticket Sale (thru May 1)
Tickets are being sold now at the Hazel Green, Wisconsin Village Hall for their Calendar Raffle with proceeds going to the annual Fireworks “Tunes and Booms” held on June 28. Tickets are $50 – a total of 300 tickets will be sold. Drawings are at 10:30a beginning Wednesday, May 1 thru Saturday, June 28. Need not be present to win. TSA PreCheck Enrollment at Dubuque Regional Airport (May 20-24)
The Dubuque Regional Airport and the Transportation Security Administration will host a week-long TSA PreCheck enrollment event at Airline Ticket Office #2 of the airport’s Capt. Robert L. Martin Terminal, 10965 Aviation Drive, from Monday, May 20, through Friday, May 24. Appointment hours each day are 9a-12p and 1p-5p. Applicants do not need an airline ticket to access the enrollment center. TSA recommends that interested individuals pre-enroll and make an appointment online at identogo.com. Walk-in appointments will be accepted as space and personnel are available.

Shop with A Cop Donations (thru Aug)
Key Services is seeking donations on behalf of the Dubuque Police Protective Association in preparation for the 12th annual Shop with A Cop event at Target scheduled in August. Donations by check can made out to the Dubuque Police Protective Association. Solicitors from Key Services will provide the information and means to donate, or donations can be dropped off at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, 770 Iowa Street.
