For the fourth time in her career, Dubuque native Aliyah Carter of Kansas State has been honored with pre-season all conference accolades from the Big 12.
Carter, a graduate outside hitter for the Wildcats is three-time First Team All-Big 12 selection and last year was Honorable Mention All-American.
The former Wahlert prep is second in K-State school history with 1,384 kills during the rally-scoring era, which stands sixth all-time.
