After back-to-back national semifinal appearances, the Wartburg College Knights were selected as the favorite again for the 2024 American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) season, as voted on by the league’s head coaches.
Wartburg was chosen first on seven ballots and earned 62 points to earn the No. 1 ranking. Coe College garnered 55 points in the poll and one first place vote. Central College was No. 3 in the coaches’ poll, earning 51 points. The University of Dubuque picked up 46 points and was picked to win it all on one ballot. The Loras Duhawks tallied 36 points to put them at the No. 5 spot.
Dubuque opens their season Friday September 6th at home against Aurora University while Loras opens Saturday, September 7th at Hope College in Michigan.
