Dubuque police say two men were arrested following a shooting incident that injured a man in Dubuque on Sunday afternoon.
Police say around 3:45, officers were sent to the 400 block of Rhomberg and found out a man who was shot; 29-year old Excell Moore of Dubuque had been taken by private vehicle to Finley Hospital for treatment of gunshots to a hand and leg. Witnesses told police, Moore was attacked by a group of four men who had got out of a vehicle.
Following an investigation which included review of traffic camera footage, 19-year old Domani Stephenson and 20-year old Davion Harris of Dubuque were charged with participation in a riot. Stephenson was also charged with unauthorized possession of an offensive weapon.
