The City of Dubuque and the Dubuque Bike Coop are co-sponsoring a series of events to celebrate Bike Week which is this Monday, May 12 through Sunday, May 18th.
As part of the Bike Week celebration, the City is encouraging residents to ride a bicycle as a means of transportation or recreation. A total of thirteen events are planned throughout the week, including a bike-in picnic which will be held at the Bee Branch Amphitheatre on Friday evening from 5:30 to 7.
During the week, the City’s bus service, The Jule, will offer free rides for anyone who uses the bike racks on buses.
