A Dubuque man has been sentenced to 45 years in federal prison for sexually exploiting children.
Evidence presented at a sentencing hearing revealed 35-year-old Justin Paisley and his co-conspirator, John Dixon, took photos and videos of a child engaging in a sexual manner, and sent them to one another. 
Paisley also took a picture of another child engaging in a sexual manner and sent it to Dixon.
Last December, Paisley pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of children and distribution of child pornography.
Dixon’s sentencing hearing is set for June 23.
