The trial date for a former para-educator at Dubuque Hempstead High School facing multiple charges after an alleged sexual relationship with a student has been postponed.
40-year old Elizabeth Dunlap who has pled not guilty to the charges of sending nude photos to the student and sexually exploited the student is now scheduled to stand trial July 15th in Dubuque County District Court.
Dunlap was arrested in January after an investigation by Dubuque Police which started last November after students at Hempstead reported Dunlap was involved in a sexual relationship with the student.
