The Dunleith Park Board invites all East Dubuque residents to a Town Hall Meeting this evening to discuss the future of the Dunleith Park Pool The meeting being held at the East Dubuque Library will start at 6 o’clock.
Earlier this month it was announced the aquatic center will not be opening for the 2025 season due to ongoing financial challenges.
The Park Board says they will provide a detailed overview of the financial constraints impacting the park district and the significant maintenance and operational costs associated with the pool. The Board says community input is welcome as they explore sustainable options for the future of the facility.
