Dubuque Police had to deploy a tactical squad to end a standoff with a man wanted on 10 active warrants for his arrest.
The incident happened Tuesday night at a home in the 21-hundred block of Stafford Street.
According to police, following the approximately five hour standoff, 40-year old Leonardo Campbell was arrested. Officials say after several attempts to get Campbell to come out of the residence, tear gas was used and then a tactical squad went in to make the arrest.
