A Des Moines teenager has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenager last year in Dubuque.
Dubuque Police say on Wednesday, 18-year old Dillon Hussey was arrested on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse.
Authorities say Hussey sexually assaulted the teenager under the age of 18 on April 5th of 2024. He is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on $10-thousand dollars bond waiting a court appearance next week.
