A Dubuque man was arrested by police after threatening a Loras College Security guard with a knife. According to police, the incident happened around 2 o’clock Sunday morning in the 1500 block of Henion Street. After the incident was reported, police were called and arrested 19-year old Jordan Quinn a short time later in the 400 block of 16th street.
Quinn was charged with interference with official acts while displaying a weapon, person ineligible to carry a dangerous weapon, public intoxication and two counts of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
