Dubuque Police are conducting a death investigation. Police say yesterday afternoon around 4:45, they were called to the 4th Street Parking Ramp to investigate the report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the ramp. When officers arrived they found a dead man inside the vehicle. The unidentified man’s body was sent to the State Medical Examiner for an autopsy.
Police say the initial investigation shows the vehicle had been parked in the ramp for some time, and there does not appear to be an immediate threat to the area.
