The Epworth, Farley, and Centralia Fire Departments battled a farm building fire. According to a report from the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, the three departments were called to the Paul Mausser farm at 7728 Bierman Road near Epworth shortly after 10 on Saturday night.
Crews were able to extinguish the flames in the building containing farm equipment and hay. Authorities say the value of the damage is estimated at $450,000 and does not appear to be suspicious in nature. The cause is under investigation. There were no injuries
