The arraignment hearing has been set for a Dubuque teenager arrested earlier this month accused of pointing a handgun at another teen during a brawl at Comiskey Park in Dubuque.
19-year old Sylvester Hubbard is scheduled to enter a plea on July 7th in Dubuque County District Court. Hubbard faces charges of willful injury-bodily injury, going armed with intent, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, and participation in a riot for the incident on June 9th.
Police were called to the Comiskey Park area that evening on the report of several fights taking place involving Hubbard and other juveniles.
