Dubuque Man Pleads Not Guilty To Charges In Hit & Run Death

DUBUQUE COURTHOUSE

A Dubuque man charged in the hit and run death of a woman last month in Dubuque has entered a plea of not guilty and is scheduled to go to trial later this summer.

26-year old Bailey Foht recently entered the plea to 5 charges which include homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter. A trial date was then set for September 8th in Dubuque County District Court.Bailey Foht

Foht was arrested following the June 11th death of Kalissa Reeder of Dubuque who was hit while crossing the street at the intersection of Locust and Loras. Foht allegedly drove off after hitting Reeder and was arrested the next morning at a Dubuque hotel.
