A Dubuque man has been arrested and charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a woman twice in Peosta.
38-year old William Post has been charged with two counts of third degree sexual abuse.
According to authorities Post entered the victim’s rural Peosta residence without permission Wednesday and sexually assaulted her while she was sleeping and then assaulted her a second time.
