Dubuque native and retired Iowa State Trooper Bob Hurley will share stories from his new book, 10-31 Crime in Progress, reflecting on a lifetime in law enforcement on Saturday, August 23 at 1p at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library. This event is free and open to the public.
